We know that certain tests can be run without the presence of the physician.  Examples are X-rays, MRIs, blood tests or urinalyses. The results of these tests are then sent to the doctor to interpret and proceed with your treatment.

Similar to this, Professor/Dr. Rothbart has invented specific tests that can easily be done without his presence.   Professor/Dr. Rothbart's analysis of these tests gives him the information he needs to determine if he can proceed with your treatment long distance.  Many people across the globe have obtained great results working long distance with Professor/Dr. Rothbart.

The first step in determining if you can be treated long distance, is to talk with Professor/Dr. Rothbart via an Initial Telephone Consultation.  (See instructions on how to schedule your consultation at the bottom of this page.)

During your consultation, Professor/Dr. Rothbart will first determine if he can resolve your chronic pain.  To then determine if you can be treated long distance, Professor/Dr. Rothbart may need additional information.  If so, he will direct you to his Long Distance Patient website, where you will find the simple directions on how to complete the tests that he requires.  You will complete these tests and then send them to Professor Rothbart by email.

Using a sophisticated set of algorithms, Professor/Dr. Rothbart will run computer analyses on your tests.  The result of these analyses tell him exactly what he needs to do to eliminate your pain and if you can be treated long distance.

Your first telephone appointment is then scheduled to discuss Professor/Dr. Rothbart's findings and a course of action to address your chronic pain problem(s).  He will tell you at this time if you can be treated long distance.

If you can be treated long distance, this is the process we follow:

(1)  As the result of the information obtained from the analyses of your tests, Professor/Dr. Rothbart prescribes your custom designed proprioceptive insoles, which will be sent to you. Your next telephone appointment is then scheduled.

(2)  2nd telephone appointment- Professor/Dr. Rothbart will instruct you on the wearing of your insoles, answer all your questions and concerns, and discuss potential symptoms that may require my immediate attention.  You are asked to email Professor Rothbart if a problem arises.

In some of the most difficult cases, Professor/Dr. Rothbart will need a healthcare provider present with you during your telephone appointments, who will act as Professor/Dr. Rothbart's hands and eyes.  If this probability arises, it will be determined who that person will be.  Typically, he is your chiropractor, osteopath, cranial sacral or myofascial therapist, massage therapist or cranial dentist.

(3)  After your 2nd telephone appointment with Professor/Dr. Rothbart, you will repeat the same tests that you initially did, this time wearing the proprioceptive insoles.  Professor/Dr. Rothbart will run a second computer analysis.

(4)  3rd telephone appointment- Professor/Dr. Rothbart reviews your progress.  Your therapist (if his presence is required) acts as Professor/Dr. Rothbart's eyes and hands, doing the required tests.  If Professor/Dr. Rothbart needs to change the strength of the stimulation built into your insoles, a new pair will be sent to you.

It typically takes 6 - 18 months for your therapy to be completed.

(2)  Pay 100 euros (or the equivalent in Sterling, Yen, US, Canadian or Australian dollars) for your consultation.

(3)  We will contact you by email, asking you to provide the following information:

• Where you live and the time zone (example: New York, USA, EST)

• The general days/hours that you can be available for your Initial Telephone Consultation

• Your phone number

(4)  We will then send you an email to schedule the date and time of your Initial Telephone Consultation.

(5)  Professor/Dr. Rothbart will call you at your scheduled time to discuss your chronic pain problem and get you started on your road to recovery.
