"8 months ago, I started working with Professor Rothbart long distance.

Professor Rothbart worked with my therapists here in Oregon, instructing them on what tests to run, then interpreted my tests and initiated my therapy.

The chronic pain in my head, neck, shoulders and hip have virtually disappeared!"

Many chronic pain sufferers, due to their severe physical disabilities, are unable to travel.  This can limit their options on how to treat their chronic pain.  Doctors who truly have the expertise to help them may be on the other side of the world and completely inaccessible for a person who even has difficulty walking down the block.

Professor/Dr. Rothbart, over the years, has received many requests for help from such pain sufferers.  In order to help these people, who are living in such severe physical pain that they are unable to travel to see him, he has developed a specific approach - Long Distance Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy.

Even though so many different medical services are now performed via long distance, sometimes people are confused as to how they can be treated for chronic muscle and joint pain, without being in the presence of their physician.  To answer this question, Professor/Dr. Rothbart often compares his testing, diagnosing and treatment to other medical professionals who frequently provide medical services without being physically present with their patient.

For example, we know that some diagnostic tests, such as EKG, EEG, Xrays and MRIs can be run without the presence of the physician.  The results of these tests are then sent to the doctor to interpret and proceed with your treatment.

Similar to this, you will be taking specific postural photos and then emailing them to Professor/Dr. Rothbart.  The doctor will run computer postural analyses on the photos you have sent him.  The results of his analyses tell him if you can be treated long distance.  Many people across the globe have tremendous success working long distance with Professor/Dr. Rothbart.

What is the process for getting into Long Distance Rothbart Proprioceptive Therapy?

The first step in determining if you can be treated long distance is to talk with Professor/Dr. Rothbart via an Initial Phone Consultation. (See instructions on how to schedule your consultation at the bottom of this page.)

During your consultation with Professor/Dr. Rothbart, he will answer your initial questions about your chronic pain problem(s) and whether he feels that you might have one of the two abnormal foot structures that he treats.

To know for sure that you do have either the Rothbarts Foot or PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity, you will take specific photos of your body and email them to the doctor.  Professor/Dr. Rothbart will run a proprietary computer analyses on these photos, which gives him a wealth of information, including: your specific foot structure, its' severity and the possible additional presence of a mixed pattern (cranial, visual, TMJ problems, etc).

It is only after having run these analyses that Professor/Dr. Rothbart knows with certainty that he can help you.  The results of these analyses also tell him if you are a candidate for his long distance therapy.

You will then have a second telephone appointment with the doctor, at which time he will fully explain his findings with you.

If you are a candidate, long distance therapy will then begin.

How to schedule an Initial Phone Consultation:

(1)  For payment, Go to the Schedule an Intial Phone Consultation page and click on the yellow Buy Now button on the botton of the page

(2)  The cost of your Initial Phone Consultation is 100 euros.  If you are using a credit card (that bills you in currency other than euros) your card automatically makes the conversion from your country's currency into euros.

(3)  Upon receipt of your payment, questionnaires will be emailed to you to fill out.  Your answers give Professor/Dr. Rothbart initial information about your chronic pain problem(s).

(4)  We will then send you an email to schedule the date and time of your Initial Telephone Consultation.

(5)  Professor/Dr. Rothbart will call you at your scheduled time to discuss your chronic pain problem and get you started on your road to recovery.
